Output value for Jinjiang’s industrial enterprises above the state-designated scale increased 0.8% y-o-y in the first half

Data from Jinjiang Bureau of Statistics indicates that from January to June this year, the industrial output value for Jinjiang industrial enterprises above state designated scale has reached 271.66 billion yuan, accounting for a year-on-year increase of 0.8%.

It is learned that a bunch of Jinjiang enterprises, such as Anta, Heng’an, Panpan Foods, Lilanz, and Septwolves have achieved a gradual recovery in sales by means like introducing new products, expanding production capacity and restructuring the business. The sales have turned from a negative decline to a positive increase and the pulling effect of the key enterprises is notable. From January to June, the output value of the 624 Jinjiang enterprises with a market value of more than 100 million has totaled 227.53 billion yuan, indicating a year-on-year increase of 7.3%. The key industries have witnessed a gradual recovery while 19 subdivided industries have achieved a steady recovery.

It’s noteworthy that the recovery tendency of industries like textile, food and beverage, and ceramic building materials was better than other industries. Especially for the food and beverage industry, the output value has witnessed a year-on-year increase of 8.5%.  

At the beginning of this year, a large number of Jinjiang food enterprises like Qinqin Foodstuffs Group, Licheng Food Co., Ltd, Lilv Group, Qifeng Group, and Xianzhihui Food Co., Ltd have bucked the trend with desirable sales growth.

In May, four production workshops specializing in manufacturing TP paper wrapped wire of Panpan Foods Group went into operation, and they can produce 120 to 130 tons of beverage daily. In the first half-year, Panpan has introduced a variety of new products, including snack foods, beverage and self-heating rice, etc. Song Changzhen, the chairman assistant of Panpan Foods Group, said that they will concentrate on product innovation, further integrate resources such as latest research achievements, advanced technology, and top-notch talents in the food and beverage industry and try their best to meet the preference and needs of consumers. 

In the face of the economic downturn in the first quarter, Jinjiang’s textile and clothing industry has also successfully reversed the decline with the efforts of channel switching, category expanding, and industrial chain collaboration, and worked out a V-curve in their output value which reached 75.16 billion yuan in the first half-year with an increase of 3.2%.

A chartered plane loaded with millions of fashion face masks supplied by Qicaihu Swimwear Group has recently departed from Tianjin to Germany. This is not the first Qicaihu chartered flight in recent days. In July, the group has shipped nearly ten million fashion face masks to European customers from Shanghai and Ningbo respectively in the same way. "Most of the European customers are our regular customers for swimwear. The number of fashion face masks ordered this time is large and they were needed urgently. Even though charter flights are expensive, our customers have shown great enthusiasm. We, of course, must cooperate at all costs," said Hong Jianku, President of Qicaihu Swimwear Group.

Jinjiang’s ceramic building materials industry also rode high in the first half-year. More than 10 enterprises including Meisheng, Huatai, and Mingqi have successively transformed more than 20 kiln production lines to produce granite-like porcelain paving tiles, which has received a good market response. Among which, Huabao Stone has successfully grabbed the opportunity to be the supplier of high-performance inorganic stone to Shenzhen Metro and some other major domestic projects.

According to Jinjiang Industry and Information Technology Bureau, with the gradual improvement of the external market environment and the further release of the combined effect of multiple positive factors within China, Jinjiang’s traditional competitive industries such as footwear, clothing, food and beverage will enter the peak season of production and sales in the second half of the year, which will drive the upstream and downstream industry chain to release production capacity and business performance. In the second half of the year, Jinjiang’s industrial economy will maintain the momentum of gradual recovery. 

  上半年晋江规上工业产值比增0.8%

  晋江市统计局的统计数据显示,今年1月至6月,晋江规上工业产值累计完成2716.6亿元,同比增长0.8%。

  据悉,包括安踏、恒安、盼盼、利郎、七匹狼等一大批晋江企业,通过上新品、扩产能、业务重组等诸多方式,实现行业总体呈逐步回升态势。转负为正,重点企业拉动效应明显。1月至6月,晋江市624家亿元以上企业实现产值2275.3亿元,同比增长7.3%。重点行业呈逐步回升态势,有19个细分行业增速回升。

  值得关注的是,纺织业、食品饮料业、陶瓷建材业增速较其他行业回暖态势更好,其中尤以食品饮料业为甚,产值同比增长8.5%。

  今年初以来,包括亲亲、力诚、力绿、奇峰、鲜之惠等一大批晋江食品企业实现业绩逆势增长。

  5月,盼盼食品4条TP纸包线生产车间开始投产,一天可以生产120吨到130吨饮料。今年上半年,盼盼食品集团推出了多款新产品,包括休闲食品、饮料、自热米饭等。盼盼食品集团董事长助理宋长镇说,围绕产品创新,盼盼食品将进一步整合食品饮料最新研发成果、先进工艺、高端人才等资源,尽可能满足消费者的喜好和需求。

  在第一季度下滑的不利局面下,通过渠道转换、品类扩张、产业链协同等举措,晋江纺织服装行业也走出了一条“V”形反转曲线,半年完成产值751.6亿元,增长3.2%。

  近日,一架由七彩狐包下的飞机由天津飞往德国,机上装载了百万个时尚口罩。这已不是七彩狐近来包下的首趟飞机。本月内,七彩狐采用同样的形式,分别从上海、宁波出发,将近千万个时尚口罩运至欧洲客户手中。“欧洲客户多半是我们原本做泳装的老客户,此次下单时尚口罩的数量大、时间紧,即使包机费用不菲,客户还是表现出了极大的积极性,我们自然不计代价全力配合。”七彩狐泳装董事长洪建库说。

  上半年,晋江陶瓷建材业同样表现不俗。美胜、华泰、名奇等10多家企业相继改造了20多条窑炉生产线,转产仿花岗岩陶瓷地铺石,市场反响较好,华宝高性能无机石还成功抢滩深圳地铁等国内重大工程。

  晋江市工信局相关负责人表示,随着外部市场环境逐步好转,以及国内多重积极因素叠加效应的进一步释放,晋江鞋服、食品饮料等传统优势产业将在下半年陆续进入产销旺季,带动上下游产业链释放产能和经营业绩。下半年,晋江市工业经济将保持逐步回升势头。
