Jinjiang footballer selected for the 2019 Chinese National Youth Super League(U19)

Chinese Football Association recently announced a new training list for the U19 National Youth Team. Intensive training will be held at Hebei Xianghe Training Base from July 9th to 29th. He Xinjie, an18-year-old boy from Zhangqian Village, Lingyuan Street, Jinjiang is on the list of 37 football players.

Midfielder He Xinjie, born in 2002, is 181cm tall and 64kg in weight. He is a national first-class football player and currently plays for Guangzhou Evergrande Taobao Football Club.

When He Xinjie was 6 years old, his mother, Wang Xiyan, enrolled him in football practice to help him keep fit. After more than a month of training, He Xinjie had an idea of giving up. Wang Xiyan told her son to stick with it for another ten days to see whether he really wanted to quit. As a result, He continued with the training for 12 years.

As the training goes on, He Xinjie shows more and more talents for football. He was first selected for the school team and then became a main player. He took part in various competitions in Hunan Province on behalf of the school and won numerous honors.

Evergrande Football School is located in Qingyuan, Guangdong. In this "arsenal" of young Chinese football talents, He Xinjie performed well and was selected for the elite team. He also participated in competitions in Japan, Hong Kong, and Macau on behalf of the school. Midfielder's moving in the middle of the pitch is the key to the connecting of the front and the back. They are dominant players of the field, able to organize attack and participate in defense. As long as He Xinjie is on the pitch, the teammates are always at ease.

In 2015, He Xinjie and his teammates made concerted efforts to win the U13 National Championship, which was the first national U Series championship won by Evergrande football school since its establishment. Thanks to his outstanding performance, He Xinjie was selected for the U16 national youth training team in the same year.

After three years of training at Evergrande Football School, He Xinjie was given the opportunity to study at Evergrande Spain. It is reported that the school selects 25 students to study at its Spanish branch every year. But being selected does not mean the student can relax, because once he performs badly, he will be sent back. He Xinjie has gone through three years of overseas training, which was tough, but he withstood the pressure and grew rapidly. In addition to consulting with the local team, He Xinjie also got close contact with his dream team -- Real Madrid team, which strengthened his determination to play on a bigger stage.

Speaking of this youngest adult, He’s family members used adjectives such as calm, mature, sensible, independent and so on. Football training is tough, but He keeps going. He Xinjie always shows extraordinary calm whether he is picked up by the Evergrande football school, selected by the National Youth Team, or won a big or small honor. In his opinion, the dream has just set sail, and there is still a long way to go. “Only by keeping a low profile, looking far ahead and keeping a steady pace can I go further.”

晋江足球小将入选U19国青队

近日，中国足协公布了新一期U19国青队的集训名单，将于7月9日至29日在河北香河训练基地进行集训。在这份37人的大名单中，来自晋江灵源街道张前村的18岁“少年家”何鑫杰榜上有名。

何鑫杰出生于2002年，身高181cm，体重64公斤，司职中场，是足球国家一级运动员，现效力于广州恒大淘宝俱乐部。

何鑫杰6岁时，母亲王西艳为他报名了足球课，想让他强身健体。训练1个多月后，何鑫杰有了放弃的念头，但王西艳告诉儿子，再坚持十来天，如果还是不喜欢，那就不学了。结果，这一坚持就是12年。

随着训练的深入，何鑫杰在足球方面展现出的天赋越发耀眼。他顺利入选校队，成为主力队员，代表学校参加了湖南省内大大小小的赛事，斩获无数荣誉。

11岁时，杭州绿城俱乐部、山东鲁能俱乐部和恒大足球学校相继向何鑫杰抛出橄榄枝。经过父母的深刻考量和多次沟通，第二年，何鑫杰背上行囊，以特招的身份进入恒大足校，接受世界顶级青训教练的特训。

恒大足校位于广东清远，在这座中国足球青训人才的“兵工厂”，何鑫杰的表现出色，入选精英队一队，并代表学校到日本、中国香港、中国澳门等地参加比赛。中场球员在球场中间活动，是串联前场和后场的关键。他们是整个球场的主导者，进可组织进攻，退可参与防守。作为一名出色的中场球员，只要何鑫杰在场上，队友们就很安心。

2015年，何鑫杰和队友齐心协力斩获U13全国锦标赛冠军，这是恒大足校建校以来获得的首个全国U系列比赛冠军。得益于出彩的发挥，同年，何鑫杰入选U16国少集训队。

在恒大足校训练三年后，何鑫杰获得了前往恒大西班牙分校留学的机会。据悉，恒大足校每年会选拔25人到西班牙分校留学。即使被选上了也不代表可以放松，因为一旦表现不好，就会被送回国内。何鑫杰经历了三年海外训练，其间并非一帆风顺，但他顶住了压力，飞速成长。除了与当地的球队切磋外，何鑫杰还近距离接触了他梦想中的殿堂——皇家马德里队，这次经历更坚定了他冲击更大舞台的决心。 

提起这个刚成年的“少年家”，家人不约而同用了沉稳、成熟、懂事、独立等形容词。足球之路虽然艰苦，但他一直坚持着往前走。无论是被恒大足校相中，或是入选国青队，抑或是拿下大大小小的荣誉，何鑫杰总是表现得很淡定。在他看来，梦想才刚刚启航，未来的路还很长。放低姿态，放远眼光，放稳脚步，才能走得更远。
